Küçük Parmaklar hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz.

Hesap yok. Kayıt yok. Reklam yok. İzleme yok. Analiz aracı yok. Uygulama internete hiç bağlanmaz; uçak modunda da tam çalışır. Uygulamanın sakladığı her şey yalnızca çocuğunuzun cihazında durur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silmek bu verilerin tamamını siler.

Bu politika Küçük Parmaklar mobil uygulaması için geçerlidir.

2. Neden bu politika bu kadar kısa

Küçük Parmaklar 0-3 yaş bebekler için tasarlandı. Bu yaş grubu için en güvenli tasarım, veri toplamamaktır. Uygulamayı hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamayacak, işlemeyecek ve aktarmayacak biçimde geliştirdik.

Uygulamanın içinde:

ağ (internet) kodu yoktur,
reklam kütüphanesi yoktur,
analiz veya çökme raporlama kütüphanesi yoktur,
reklam kimliği (IDFA / Android Reklam Kimliği) kullanılmaz,
kullanıcı hesabı, giriş ekranı veya profil yoktur,
kamera, mikrofon, konum, kişiler, fotoğraf, takvim erişimi yoktur,
uygulama dışına çıkan hiçbir bağlantı yoktur.

3. Toplamadığımız veriler

Aşağıdakilerin hiçbirini toplamıyor, işlemiyor, saklamıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz:

Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon, adres, doğum tarihi
Çocuğunuza ait hiçbir bilgi (isim, yaş, fotoğraf, ses kaydı, çizim)
Konum bilgisi (yaklaşık veya kesin)
Cihaz kimlikleri, reklam kimlikleri, IP adresi
Kişiler, fotoğraflar, mikrofon veya kamera kayıtları
Kullanım istatistikleri, oturum süreleri, dokunma kayıtları
Çökme günlükleri ve tanılama verileri
Tarama geçmişi veya diğer uygulamalara dair bilgi

4. Cihazda kalan bilgiler

Uygulamanın çalışması için cihazın yerel depolama alanında saklanan küçük bilgiler vardır:

Bu bilgiler kimseyi tanımlamaz, cihazdan hiçbir zaman çıkmaz, tarafımızca görülemez ve uygulama silindiğinde tamamen silinir.

5. Satın almalar

Üç bölüm süresiz ücretsizdir. Diğer bölümler isteğe bağlı satın alma ile açılır (aylık abonelik veya tek seferlik bölüm açma). Satın almaların tamamı Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yürür:

Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz hiçbir zaman görmeyiz ve saklamayız; bu bilgiler yalnızca Apple ve Google tarafından işlenir.
Uygulamamız yalnızca “bu bölüm açıldı” bilgisini cihazda tutar.
Apple ve Google bize yalnızca kimliksizleştirilmiş, toplulaştırılmış satış raporları verir.
Bu işlemler için Apple ve Google gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

Çocuk koruması: Satın alma ekranına ulaşmak için bir ebeveyn kilidi (basit bir toplama sorusu) geçilmelidir; böylece bebeğinizin rastgele dokunarak satın alma yapması engellenir.

Hiçbir reklam ağı, analiz servisi, sosyal medya SDK'sı veya izleme aracı kullanılmamaktadır.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Küçük Parmaklar 0-3 yaş çocuklara yöneliktir ve tasarım gereği çocuklardan hiçbir veri toplamaz. Uygulama; COPPA, GDPR md. 8 (çocuklara ilişkin hükümler), Apple App Store “Kids” kategorisi kuralları ve Google Play “Aileler” politikası kapsamındaki veri toplamama gerekliliklerini karşılar. Çocuklara yönelik davranışsal reklam, profilleme ve izleme yoktur.

8. Bize e-posta yazarsanız

Uygulama veri toplamasa da, destek için yazdığınızda e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınızın içeriği bize ulaşır.

Amaç: yalnızca sorunuza yanıt vermek.
Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat (KVKK md. 5/2-f, GDPR md. 6/1-f).
Saklama: yazışma bittikten sonra en fazla 12 ay.
Aktarım: üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.

Lütfen bize yazarken çocuğunuza ait kişisel bilgi göndermeyin; destek için bunlara ihtiyacımız yoktur.

9. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)

6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi ve GDPR uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulama kişisel veri işlemediği için bu haklar yalnızca destek yazışmaları bakımından anlam taşır. Başvuru: support@cgo.com.tr; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) ya da yerel veri koruma otoritenize şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

10. Güvenlik ve değişiklikler

Cihazda saklanan az sayıdaki ayar, işletim sisteminin uygulama sanal alanı içinde tutulur ve yalnızca Küçük Parmaklar tarafından erişilebilir. Sunucumuz olmadığı ve hiçbir veri iletilmediği için sunucu tarafında sızabilecek kullanıcı verisi yoktur.

Politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz. Veri toplama uygulamalarımızda esaslı bir değişiklik olursa bunu uygulama içinde açıkça duyurur, gerekiyorsa ebeveyn onayı isteriz.

Küçük Parmaklar collects no personal data.

No accounts. No sign-up. No ads. No tracking. No analytics. The app never connects to the internet and works fully in airplane mode. Everything it stores stays on your child's device only and is never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

This policy applies to the Küçük Parmaklar mobile application.

2. Why this policy is so short

Küçük Parmaklar is designed for babies aged 0-3. For this age group the safest privacy design is to collect nothing at all. The app is built to collect, process and transmit no personal data whatsoever.

The app contains:

no networking code,
no advertising library,
no analytics or crash-reporting library,
no use of advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID),
no user accounts, login screens or profiles,
no access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or calendar,
no links that lead outside the app.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not collect, process, store or share any of the following:

Name, surname, email, phone number, address, date of birth
Any information about your child (name, age, photo, voice, drawing)
Location data (approximate or precise)
Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses
Contacts, photos, microphone or camera recordings
Usage statistics, session lengths, touch logs
Crash logs and diagnostics
Browsing history or information about other apps

4. Information that stays on the device

For the app to work, a few small values are kept in the device's own local storage:

This information identifies no one, never leaves the device, cannot be seen by us, and is deleted completely when the app is deleted.

5. Purchases

Three levels are free forever. The rest can be unlocked with optional purchases (a monthly subscription or a one-time unlock). All purchases run entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play:

We never see or store your payment details; they are handled solely by Apple and Google.
Our app only keeps a local flag meaning “this level is unlocked”.
Apple and Google provide only anonymised, aggregated sales reports.
Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to these transactions.

Child protection: Reaching the purchase screen requires passing a parent gate (a simple addition question), so a baby tapping the screen cannot make a purchase.

No advertising network, analytics service, social media SDK or tracking tool is used.

7. Children's privacy

Küçük Parmaklar is aimed at children aged 0-3 and collects no data from children by design. It meets the no-collection requirements of COPPA, the children's provisions of the GDPR (Art. 8), the Apple App Store “Kids” category rules and the Google Play “Families” policy. There is no behavioural advertising, profiling or tracking of children anywhere.

8. If you email us

Although the app itself collects nothing, when you email us for support your email address and the content of your message reach us.

Purpose: only to answer your question.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: at most 12 months after the correspondence ends.
Sharing: not shared with third parties.

Please do not send us personal information about your child; we do not need it for support.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and under Turkish law no. 6698, Art. 11) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because the app processes no personal data, these rights apply only to support correspondence. Contact: support@cgo.com.tr; we respond within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security and changes

The handful of settings stored on the device live inside the operating system's application sandbox and are accessible only to Küçük Parmaklar. Because we run no server and transmit no data, there is no user data that could be exposed on a server.

If we update this policy we will change the effective date on this page. If there is ever a material change to our data practices, we will announce it clearly inside the app and obtain parental consent where required.
